Involve have rigorous financial management procedures in place which are identified in the Finance Policies of the organisation and include accountancy packages, cheque journals, monthly reports, computerised payroll, purchase orders and cheque requisition systems. Involve’s finance officer is a qualified accountant. The finance of the organisation is available for examination with our audited accounts available through our website. The finance committee meet prior to each board meeting to oversee all expenditure throughout the year.
Measures are taken by the Directors to secure compliance with the requirements of sections 281 to 285 of the Companies Act 2014 with regard to the keeping of accounting records and the implementation of necessary policies and procedures for recording transactions, the employment of competent accounting personnel with appropriate expertise and the provision of adequate resources for financial function. The accounting records of the company are located at Unit 1, Monksland Business Park, Monksland, Athlone, Co. Roscommon.
Our financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” (FRS 102), applying section 1A of that Standard.
